Crestar Education Group holds a multiple licence to operate Licensed Yamaha Music Schools. To date, there are five such schools in Singapore providing Yamaha Music courses to more than 2,500 students. Courses offered include lifestyle enrichment courses and music education such as Music Wonderland, Junior Music Course, Children’s Electone Course, Electone Study Course, Piano School for Children, Classical Guitar Course, Pop Piano, Drums and Wind instrument Courses for Adults. Students are also prepared for the Yamaha Grade Examination and/or external music examinations from the Associated Board of the Royal School of Music or the Trinity Guildhall Examinations.

The world-renowned Yamaha Music Education System, founded by the late Mr. Genichi Kawakami, is based on his belief that music is an international language. Children start as young as 3 years old and learn the fundamentals of music and keyboard playing in a fun-filled group learning environment.

Besides music education for preschoolers, Yamaha’s consistent approach to music education embraces children of school age, adolescents, adults and aspiring musicians, from complete beginners to those determined to become highly accomplished players.
